Fibra — Terms of Service

Agreement
By installing or using Fibra (“the App”), you agree to these Terms on behalf of the Shopify store that installs the App. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
Service
Fibra provides tools to compose and display textile composition, responsible-person details, and care information on Shopify product pages. Features vary by plan (Free vs Pro) as shown in the App and App Store listing.
Subscriptions & billing
Pro is billed through Shopify’s subscription API. Prices, trial length if any, and billing intervals are shown before you confirm. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in the App or Shopify admin; Shopify handles payment processing, refunds, and proration per its policies.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of label content, product data, translations, responsible-person details, and compliance with applicable textile-labelling and consumer laws. Fibra is a display and authoring aid, not legal, tax, conformity-assessment, or market-access advice.
Symbols and trademarks
Fibra uses generic ISO 3758-style care symbols unless you replace them with licensed official artwork. You are responsible for any GINETEX or other trademark licensing requirements in your markets.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App, bypass plan limits, interfere with other merchants’ use, reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law, or violate Shopify’s terms or applicable law.
Availability & changes
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update the App, plans, or these Terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Disclaimer & limitation
The App is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not required by law. Liability is limited to fees paid for the App in the twelve months before a claim (or USD $100 if none), except where law requires otherwise.
Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach or abuse. On uninstall, Shopify’s standard app-uninstall and data-handling flows apply; see our Privacy Policy for retention and deletion.
